Looking through my archive. Can’t believe how many posts I made about being depressed earlier this year. I think I might have Seasonal Affective Disorder? Or maybe it’s just because I actually spend time with people now and don’t feel like such a shut in wrapped up in himself all the time. Whatever the case…I didn’t notice the gradual change from constantly feeling terrible to mostly feeling alright and sometimes even pretty good.
You’ve all helped in no small measure, just sayin’.
